Kim wanted to give her parents a few updated pics as a surprise for Christmas. I was really excited for this shoot; pictures are a great gift for any parent, and I was glad to be a part of the process. So because of our schedules we planned a mini-shoot at the end of the work day. The location we had chosen, at arrival, was no longer an option- so we found another little park down the road. By then it had begun to get very dark, very cold, and even started to rain! - but we were still able to get alot of nice shots. I love the feel that the "less than ideal" weather and backdrop created.

Lombardo Family (Fall/Christmas)

I had the honor of taking pictures for this family shortly after their little ones (twins) arrived this past summer. The children have all grown so much! We met to take fall family pictures, and a few Christmas ones as well. We came away with so many nice and very different shots, that I had a really hard time choosing - but here are a few favorites. What a beautiful and busy family!!

... through the lens of my camera anyway! Christmas picture season is in full swing, and keeping things very busy. A good portion of these sessions are going to be used as gifts and some a complete surprise - so fun! So I won't be posting much until after the big day. I will leave you with this little lady though. We were able to get some gorgeous pictures of her and her family yesterday. She was one of the newborn twins from the Lombardo Family session this summer, her and her brothers have grown up so much! - isn't she beautiful!?!

Danielle and Tiger

These two define the word fun! They were up for anything, and so natural in front of the camera. I had a great time taking pictures of them, and their dog. Tiger spends a large portion of the year working overseas, and it is obvious they cherish the time they have together! Here are a few early edits...
